Builder informed us Friday that plumbing is all in as well as electrical and some of the appliances have been installed. Looks like all that is left to finish is the counter top and the carpet. Counter top taking longer than expected. Should be finished in next 2 weeks. We also did some shopping this weekend. We purchased a beautiful 86″ wood table for the dining area. We also bought 2 47″ HD TVs for the family rooms and 2 32″ HD TVs for the master bedroom and downstairs bedroom. We are overwhelmed by all the inquiries on the beach house. We have already booked a good portion of the summer months. Unfortunately we’ve had to turn a lot of people away. We certainly appreciate the inquiries. We will continue to keep you all updated on the progress!
